Success

     Everyone has their own definition of success. I once had my own definition until I found the true meaning. It isn’t a destination but rather a journey. It is all about getting there and not being there. Of course, we enjoy the fruits of our labors but that shouldn’t be the goal. All of the principles that we teach come straight out of the book of life, the Bible. A lot of people might be turned off when they hear that last statement. Let’s look at this logically. Every manufacturer ship with their product a manual that explains how to use their product to get the best results. Why should we not look at the Bible the same way.

     God is the manufacturer or our CREATOR. He furnished us with a manual to get the best results from his product, you and I. The first thing a manual says is to read carefully before attempting to assemble or use this product. It makes sense then for us to read the instruction manual first, before attempting this thing we call life. God created us in his image, that word means character. True success in life then is in becoming who we were created to be by developing his character. Anything short of reading the manual and using the product as designed will cause the product to malfunction. Unfortunately, when the product malfunctions THEN we get out the manual.  I want to encourage you let’s look at the Bible gather its wisdom, enjoy the journey and become who we were created to be. Then we will find good success.
